Chicken wings

 

Sous Vide Temperature: 154°F/68°C
Sous Vide Time: 2 to 3 hours
Ingredients (4 servings):
 10 сhicken wings, divided into 2 sections
 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
 Sea salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
Step 1. Using SousVideArt™ cooker, bring water to 154°F/68°C in a
container or stockpot.
Step 2. Place the chicken wings in a SousVideArt™ bag with the salt,
pepper and a dash of oil. Remove the air out of the bag and seal the bag.
Step 3. Place the bag in a container with heated water. Cover and cook for
2 to 3 hours.
Step 4. After placing the wings in a heated pan with oil, fry until golden.
Serve wings with barbecue sauce or chili, if you like spicy food.
